Discovery Wellness Center - Show Low, Arizona
Discovery Wellness Center is located in the heart of the White Mountains in Show Low. The center originated in Snowflake, and in 2004 moved to Show Low in order to meet the greater population needs for peers and families. Staff and individuals attending the center pride themselves on the quality of recovery support services such as individual support, peer support groups, recreation, community integration, adult life skills, supported employment, diet and nutrition, Peer Whole Health, Wellness in Action, and Wellness Recovery Action Planning. Discovery Center has many community partners including but not limited to Community Counseling Center, Love’s Kitchen, Humane Society, and Northland Pioneer College, and is host to one of NAZCARE’s regional training locations.
